In Queensland, there is legislation which restricts how and where lawyers can tell you about their personal injury related services.
The legislation, the Personal Injuries Proceedings Act, or PIPA, was introduced by the state government with a view to limiting the number of personal injury claims.
Kelly Legal believes every person who has suffered an injury as a result of someone else’s actions should be able to receive information to understand their rights and entitlement to compensation.
However, PIPA means we can only tell you about personal injury compensation in limited ways and we must not include any photographs, illustrations or messages of a self-promotional nature. This includes a restriction on providing you with any examples of other cases we may have dealt with unless you are making a direct enquiry or are an existing client of Kelly Legal.
So if you want to hear more about our experience with personal injury claims we invite you to contact us.
